The authors consider a system of 3 diffusion-reaction equations in a bounded domain \(\Omega \in R^ n\) and establish explicit conditions on the interaction coefficients which assure the existence of a global attractor. For this they show a two-sided iteration process to converge monotonously. They also state a theorem giving sufficient conditions for 1, 2 or all solutions to go to zero as \(t \to \infty\). Numerical results for \(\Omega = [0,1]\) illustrate this latter theorem.
