The authors study a two-species predator-prey system living in a habitat of two identical patches, linked by migration. It is shown, analytically and numerically, that for certain values of the parameters the system undergoes a diffusion driven instability (Turing instability), when the stable constant steady-state equilibrium loses stability towards a stationnary spatially non-constant pattern.
