    For a compact set \(K\) in the \(n\)-dimensional Euclidean space \(\mathbb{R}^n\) and for \(1 < q < n\), the electrostatic \(q\)-capacity \(C_q(K)\) of \(K\) is defined as the quantity \[ C_q(K) = \inf \left\{ \int_{\mathbb{R}^n} |\nabla u|^{q} dx : u \in C_c^{\infty}(\mathbb{R}^n) \hbox{ and } u \geq \chi_K \right\} \] where \(C_c^{\infty}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) denotes the family of smooth functions on \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with a compact support, and \(\chi_K\) is the characteristic function of \(K\). The \(q\)-capacitary measure \(\mu_q(K, \cdot)\) of a bounded open convex set \(K \subset \mathbb{R}^n\) is the Borel measure on the unit sphere \(S^{n-1}\) defined for \(\omega \subset S^{n-1}\) and \(1 < q < n\) as \[ \mu_q(K, \omega) = \int_{g^{-1}(\omega)} | \nabla U|^{q} d \mathcal{H}^{n-1}, \] where \(g^{-1} : S^{n-1} \to \partial K\) is the inverse Gauss map, \(U\) is the \(q\)-equilibrium potential of \(K\), and \(\mathcal{H}^{n-1}\) is the \((n-1)\)-dimensional Hausdorff measure. Furthermore, if \(K\) is a convex body in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) containing the origin \(o\) in its interior, \(p \in \mathbb{R}\) and \(1 < q < n\), then its \(L_p\) \(q\)-capacitary measure \(\mu_{p,q}(K,\cdot)\) is defined as a finite Borel measure, with \[ \mu_{p,q}(K,\omega) = \int h_K^{1-p}(u) d\mu_p(K, \cdot) \] for every Borel set \(\omega \subset S^{n-1}\). The authors' main result in this paper is the following: Let \(1 < q < n\) be fixed. If \(\mu\) is a finite Borel measure on \(S^{n-1}\) whose support is in general position, then there is a convex polytope \(P\) in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) such that \(\mu_{0,q}(P, \cdot) = \mu\).
