The main goal of the paper is to derive new formulas for the precise calculation of the exact regularity bound for closed convex multifunctions between general Banach spaces without imposing qualification condition while involving the construction of epsilon coderivatives. The approach is based on a simple observation that the metric regularity condition can be seen as an unconstrained DC (difference of convex functions) optimization program. Several instructive examples have been constructed in order to make comparisons with other known results.
