The authors study linear systems with distributed delays and distributed order fractional derivatives. The fractional derivative is based on Caputo type single fractional derivatives. The initial problem of this kind of systems is considered. Then, the existence and uniqueness of solution are established. Moreover, a priory estimates of the solution are discussed. After this, the authors move to prove the global asymptotic stability of the zero solution which is a very important result from application point of view.
