A quasi-integrable Hamiltonian system with time-delayed feedback control is investigated in the present work. More precisely, its asymptotic Lyapunov stability is studied by means of Lyapunov functions and stochastic averaging method. The results are illustrated on two examples. The approach used in this work can be applied in studying asymptotic stability of other non-linear systems.
