Suppose that \(X\) is a real vector space and \(f_{k,s}: \mathbb{R} \to X\) defined by \(f_{k,s}(x)= kf_{k,s}(x-1)+sf_{k,s}(x-2)\) is the \((k,s)\)-Fibonacci function. The authors solve the above functional equation and investigate the Hyers-Ulam stability of this functional equation in \(\beta\)- normed spaces.
