The general abstract functional-differential equation in Banach space (1) \(du/dt= F(t, u_ t)\) is considered. The paper contains stability results for generalizations of ordinary and partial differential equations with delays. The question of existence of solutions to (1) is not studied. The theorems of stability work for individual equations exist as long as the solutions do. Following Burton and Hatvani, the author introduces the classes of integrally positive with parameter \(\delta> 0\), weakly integral and uniformly weakly integral functions, the concept of wedges and studies in these terms the asymptotic stability and uniform asymptotic stability of the solution \(u= 0\) of the abstract functional-differential equation (1).
