    The author analyzes an almost periodic homogenization problem for an elliptic operator \(\mathcal{L}_{\varepsilon }=-\operatorname{div}(A(./\varepsilon )\nabla )=-\frac{\partial }{\partial x_{i}}\{a_{ij}^{\alpha \beta }(\frac{ \cdot }{\varepsilon })\frac{\partial }{\partial x_{j}}\}\), where the matrix \( A(y)=(a_{ij}^{\alpha \beta }(y))_{1\leq i,j\leq d,1\leq \alpha ,\beta \leq m}\) satisfies a strong ellipticity condition \(\mu |\xi |^{2}\leq a_{ij}^{\alpha \beta }(y)\xi _{i}^{\alpha }\xi _{j}^{\beta }\leq \mu ^{-1}|\xi |^{2}\) for every \(\xi \in \mathbb{R}^{d+m}\) and \(y\in \mathbb{R} ^{d}\), and an almost periodicity condition in the sense of H. Weyl: each entry of the matrix \(A\) may be approximated by a sequence of trigonometric polynomials with respect to the semi-norm \(\left\| f\right\| _{W^{2}}=\lim \sup_{R\rightarrow \infty }\sup_{x\in \mathbb{R} ^{d}}(\int_{B(x,R)}|f|^{2}/\int_{B(x,R)}1)^{1/2}\). The main goal of the paper is to prove boundary Lipschitz estimates for the solution \( u_{\varepsilon }\) to the Dirichlet problem \(\mathcal{L}_{\varepsilon }u_{\varepsilon }+\lambda u_{\varepsilon }=F\) in \(\Omega \) with \( u_{\varepsilon }=f\) on \(\partial \Omega \) or for the solution \(u_{u}\) to the Neumann problem \(\mathcal{L}_{\varepsilon }u_{\varepsilon }+\lambda u_{\varepsilon }=F\) in \(\Omega \) with \(\frac{\partial u_{\varepsilon }}{ \partial \nu }=g\) on \(\partial \Omega \), \(\int_{\Omega }u_{\varepsilon }=0\). These estimates require a Dini-type condition on a quantity \(\omega _{k,\sigma }\) associated to the matrix \(A\). For the proof, the author introduces the homogenized problem \(\mathcal{L}_{0}u_{0}+\lambda u_{0}=F\). He establishes a rate of convergence \(\left\| u_{\varepsilon }-u_{0}\right\| _{L^{2}}\) and he proves that \(u_{\varepsilon }\) satisfies a flatness condition (approximation by affine functions) as long as \(u_{0}\) does. The author also proves boundary Hölder estimates for the Dirichlet and Neumann problems. He thus extends results he presented with \textit{Z. Shen} in [``Approximate correctors and convergence rates in almost-periodic homogenization'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1603.03139}].
