As a generalization of classical multiple zeta values (MZV), the author introduces what may be called multiple Hurwitz zeta values: \[ Z(k_1,\dots,k_n;a)=\sum_{0\leq m_1<\dots<m_n}\left(\prod_{j={m_1}}^{m_n-1}\frac{j+1}{j+a}\right)\frac1{(m_1+a)^{k_1}\cdots(m_n+a)^{k_n}}, \] where \(k_1,\dots,k_n\in {\mathbb N}\), \(k_n\geq 2\) and \(a\in\mathbb C\) with \(\text{Re}(a)>0\). The main result of the paper is that these values satisfy the same cyclic sum formula as the MZV in [\textit{M. E. Hoffman} and \textit{Y. Ohno}, J. Algebra 262, No. 2, 332--347 (2003; Zbl 1139.11322)], namely, it is shown that \[ \begin{multlined} \sum_{\nu=1}^n\sum_{j=0}^{k_\nu-2}Z(j+1,k_{\nu+1},\dots,k_n,k_1,\dots,k_{\nu-1},k_\nu-j;a)\\ =\sum_{\nu=1}^n Z(k_{\nu+1},\dots,k_n,k_1,\dots,k_{\nu-1},k_\nu+1;a). \end{multlined} \]
