Gevrey classes on compact real analytic Riemannian manifolds (Q1913553): Difference between revisions

The authors study Gevrey classes on compact real analytic Riemannian manifolds \(X\) (without boundary) characterizing them by means of the growth behaviour of the coefficients of eigenfunctions expansions for the Laplace-Beltrami operator corresponding to the metric \(g\) of \(X\). Special attention paid to the case \(X\) is the \(n\)-dimensional unit sphere and to the case \(X\) is the Lie sphere.
