\textit{G. E. Andrews} and \textit{M. Merca} derived in [J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 119, No. 8, 1639--1643 (2012; Zbl 1246.05014)] a truncated version of Euler's pentagonal numbers theorem. This work opened up a new study on truncated series. Since then, many truncated versions of theta series have been discovered. Recently, \textit{C. Wang} and \textit{A. J. Yee} [Adv. Math. 365, Article ID 107051, 19 p. (2020; Zbl 1439.11269)] generalized the study on truncated series to Hecke-Rogers type series and obtained three new truncated Hecke-Rogers series. In this paper, the author proves several infinite families of Hecke-Rogers type series and their truncated versions. In this context, the author establishes some inequalities on some interesting partition functions.
