Let \(K\) be a quadratic number field. Let \(E\) be a \(\mathbb Q\)-curve of degree \(N\) defined over \(K\) , which means that \(E\) is an elliptic curve defined over \(K\) and there exists an isogeny \(\varphi\) of \(E\) to the conjugate of \(E\) over \(K\) of degree \(N\). Let \(N\) be a prime number such that \(N>5\) and splits in \(K\). Assuming that there exists a \(\mathbb Q\)-curve \(E\) of degree \(N\) defined over \(K\) such that \(E\) has no complex multiplication and has good reduction at prime divisors of \(N\), the authors show that for any unit \(u\) of \(K\), \(u^r\equiv 1(\text{mod } N)\), where \(r=\operatorname{gcd}(N-1,12)\). In the case that \(K\) is imaginary, they give a congruence between some Heck character \(\tilde{\psi}\) of \(K\) and the character of \(\operatorname{Gal}(\overline{\mathbb Q}/K)\) obtained from its action on \(\operatorname{Ker}(\varphi)\). Further, constructing an element of a Selmer group of a ``premotive structure'' attached to \(\tilde{\psi}\), they show the divisibility of the \(L\)-value \(L(\tilde{\psi},2)\) by a prime factor of \(N\). Many interesting numerical examples are included.
