Let \(f: X\to S\) be a proper morphism of complex spaces, \({\mathcal E}^ a \)coherent analytic sheaf on X, \(D_{X/S}({\mathcal E})\) the Douady space of flat quotients of \({\mathcal E}\) over S and \(b: D_{X/S}({\mathcal E})_{red}\to S\) the natural morphism. f is said to be a \({\mathcal C}\)- morphism (resp. Moishezon) if \(X_{red}\) is a meromorphic image over S of a complex space \(\tilde X\) which is proper and locally Kähler (resp. locally projective) over S. Let Q be a relatively compact subdomain of S and A any irreducible component of \(b^{-1}(Q).\) It is shown that for \({\mathcal C}\)-morphisms (resp. Moishezon) f the induced morphism \(b_ A: A\to Q\) is proper and also a \({\mathcal C}\)-morphism (resp. Moishezon). This was shown before by the author in part I of this paper in Nagoya Math. J. 85, 189-211 (1982; Zbl 0445.32017) in the case where \({\mathcal E}={\mathcal O}_ X\) and the universal subspace \(Z_{X/S}\subseteq X\times_ SD_{X/S}\) restricted over \(A\subseteq D_{X/S}\) is reduced. Re-examining the proof of another theorem of his paper (and filling a gap there) the author could now generalize this result.
