    The authors consider the mixed boundary value problem \[ \begin{aligned} \Delta u=0\quad &\text{in }\Omega,\\ {\partial u\over\partial v}= f_N\quad &\text{on }N,\\ u= f_D\quad &\text{on }D.\end{aligned}\tag{\(*\)} \] Here \(\Omega\) is a Lipschitz graph domain with Lipschitz constant less than 1 and boundary \(\partial\Omega= D\cup N\). It is assumed that \(f_N\in L^p(N,d\sigma)\) and \(df_D/d\sigma\in L^p(D,d\sigma)\), where \(d\sigma\) is arclength measure on \(\partial\Omega\). Their main result is the existence of \(p_0> 1\) such that \((*)\) has a unique solution whenever \(1< p< p_0\). Moreover, the non-tangential maximal function of the gradient satisfies \((\nabla u)^*\in L^p(d\sigma)\). The techniques involve proving weighted Rellich estimates of the form \[ \int_{\partial\Omega}(\nabla u)^*(x)^2|x|^\varepsilon d\sigma\leq C\Biggl(\int_D |df_D/d\sigma|^2|x|^\varepsilon d\sigma+ \int_N|f_N|^2 |x|^\varepsilon d\sigma\Biggr) \] for suitable \(\varepsilon\).
