The author considers the existence of positive solutions for the system \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta_{p(x)}u=\lambda f(x, v)\quad &\text{in }\Omega,\\ -\Delta_{p(x)}v=\lambda g(x,u)\quad &\text{in }\Omega,\\ u= v= 0\quad &\text{on }\partial\Omega,\end{cases} \] where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^d\) is a bounded domain, \(-\Delta_{p(x)}u:= \text{div}(|\nabla_x u|^{p(x)- 2}\nabla_x u)\) with \(p(x)\) is a function satisfying some conditions. Under some suitable assumptions on \(f\) and \(g\), the author presents existence of positive solutions. In particular, the author does not assume radial symmetric conditions on the system. To this end, he uses sub-supersolution method.
