The paper studies some basic properties of the Wigner-Ville distribution functions with a continuous parameter in \(\mathrm{SL}(2, \mathbb C)\) such as the Moyal identity. Then the authors define a Weyl operator associated to such Wigner-Ville distribution functions and prove the boundedness of Weyl transforms from \(L^r\) to \(L^\infty\) and the compactness of Weyl operators under certain conditions.
