In this paper, the author studies the Dickenstein-Sessa decomposition, and shows that the ``locally residual current'' can be found explicitly by an integral formula. More precisely, if \(Y\) is a locally complete intersection analytic subset of pure codimension \(\kappa\) in a complex \(N\)-dimensional manifold \(M\), and if \(\mu\) is a \(\bar\partial\)-closed current of bidegree \((p,\kappa)\) on \(M\) with support in \(Y\), then the Dickenstein-Sessa decomposition shows \[ \mu=\nu+\bar\partial\tau, \] where \(\nu\) is a ``locally residual current'' with support in \(Y\). The main result in this paper states that if \(M\) is a pseudoconvex domain, then there is an integral kernel \(P(\zeta,z)\) such that \[ \nu=R_{\kappa}\cdot\int_zP(\zeta,z)\wedge\mu(z), \] where \(R_{\kappa}\) is the part of bidegree \((0,\kappa)\) of the Andersson-Wulcan current associated to a Hermitian locally free resolution. At the end, the author also provides a similar representation of the higher local moderate cohomology groups.
