In Part~I [J.~Funct.\ Anal.\ 231, No.\,1, 221--244 (2006; Zbl 1102.47010)], the author considered the set \(P_+(I)\) of non-negative operator monotone functions defined in an interval \(I\), and the set \(P_+^{-1}(I)\) of increasing functions defined in \(I\) with range \([0,\infty)\) such that the inverse functions are in \(P_+(I)\). In the present paper, the author introduces the set \(LP_+(I)\) of strictly positive functions \(h\) on \(I\) such that \(\log h\) is operator monotone. The inclusion \(LP_+(I)\cdot P_+^{-1}(I)\subset P_+^{-1}(I)\) is established for every right open interval and concrete examples are considered. The result is then used to give (simultaneous) generalizations of known operator inequalities.
