We generalize two important results of \textit{M. Bagota} and \textit{F. Móricz} [Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 130, 2617--2623 (2002; Zbl 1001.42009)], and generalize our earlier results in [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 341, 12--23 (2008; Zbl 1141.42006)] from one-variable to two-variable case. As special applications, we prove that the generalized jump of \(f(x, y)\) at some point \((x_0, y_0)\) can be determined by the higher order mixed partial derivatives of the Abel-Poisson mean of double Fourier series and the higher order mixed partial derivatives of the Abel-Poisson means of the three conjugate double Fourier series.
