The authors use Fourier-Walsh analysis to investigate \(\mathbb{C}^N\)-valued multiresolution analyses on the non-negative half-line \(\mathbb{R}_+\) and their associated wavelets. \(\mathbb{C}^N\)-valued wavelet packets on \(\mathbb{R}_+\) are constructed and their properties studied. Finally, a new orthonormal basis for \(L^2 (\mathbb{R}_+, \mathbb{C}^N)\) is derived.
