Summary: A Wegner estimate is proven for a Schrödinger operator \[ H^{\omega} = \sum_{j=1}^d ( i \partial_j + A_j^{\omega} )^2 + \nu^{\omega} \] on \(L^2({\mathbb R}^d)\), where \(i=\sqrt{-1}\), \(\partial_j=\partial/(\partial x_j)\), \(\{(A_1^{\omega}(x),\dots,A_d^{\omega}(x))\), \(x\in {\mathbb R}^d\), \(\omega\in \Omega\}\) is a bounded random vector potential, and \(\nu^{\omega}(x)\) is a Gaussian random scalar potential. The estimate is used to prove the strong dynamical localization and the exponential decay of the eigenfunctions. For the proof, Klopp's method [\textit{F. Klopp}, Commun. Math. Phys. 167, No. 3, 553--569 (1995; Zbl 0820.60044)] using a vector field on a probability space and Germinet and Klein's bootstrap multiscale analysis are applied [cf. \textit{F. Germinet} and \textit{A. Klein}, Commun. Math. Phys. 222, No. 2, 415--448 (2001; Zbl 0982.82030)]. Moreover Germinet and Klein's characterization of the Anderson metal-insulator transport transition is extended to the above operator.
