In den \(p\) verschieden großen Gruppen von Zufallsveränderlichen \(x_{ij}=\eta_i+\varepsilon_{ij}\) (\(j = 1, 2,\ldots,m_i\); \(i = 1, 2,\ldots, p\)) seien die \(\eta_i\) und die \(\varepsilon_{ij}\) unabhängig und normal verteilt. Die Mittelwerte sowie die Streuungen \(\sigma_1\) von \(\eta_i\) und \(\sigma_2\) von \(\varepsilon_{ij}\) seien unbekannt. Verf. bestimmt die Vertrauensgrenzen von \(\lambda=\dfrac{\sigma_2}{\sigma_1}\)
