Considering the class of condensing S-KKM multimaps [see \textit{T.-H. Chang, Y.-Y. Huang, J.-C. Jeng} and \textit{K.-H. Kuo}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 229, 212--227 (1999; Zbl 0923.47027)], the author presents a number of fixed point and best approximation (in the sense of Ky Fan) results.
