In this well-organized paper, the authors give firstly some properties of invertible operators in probabilistic normed spaces (briefly PN spaces), and then the concepts of local convexity and boundedness in Šerstnev spaces and finally some theorems related to normability of PN spaces which are not Šerstnev spaces.
