The oriented percolation model is introduced, which may be regarded as an infinite layer long-range model on \(\mathbb{Z}^d\times\mathbb{Z}\), \(d>2\), where the bond occupation probability decays as the \(\alpha\)-stable distribution with \(\alpha=1\). The lace expansion is used to get an \(L^1\) infrared bound estimate for the dimension \(d>2\).
