The paper deals with artificial boundary conditions for the reacting flows with low Mach number. The author presents a new method of prescribing time-dependent boundary conditions. The method is based on a linearization of the flow around the base state. New boundary conditions allow to derive a refined estimate of the incoming acoustic amplitude in terms of its outgoing counterpart. The obtained boundary conditions are also acoustically transparent. The approach is illustrated and tested on a few problems describing flames. It is shown that the new approach improves the simulation.
