The authors consider the Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative and integrals of variable order of differentiation and integration. Thus the multiparticle distribution functions are derived as well as equations for distribution functions in a space with either constant or variable memory. Some particular cases are studied, namely equations for the determination of the fractal dimension, equations of Vlasov and Klimontovich for systems with variable memory, and an equation for the one-particle distribution function for weak variable memory.
