Using the known iterative method for Fredholm integral equations of the second kind the author shows that the approximate method of splines for the same equation of fuzzy type \[ \tilde{F}(t) = \tilde{f}(t) + \lambda\int^{b}_{a}K(t,x)\tilde{F}(x)dx \] is convergent. Reviewer's remark: The author does not specify that \(\lambda\) is not an eigenvalue of the integral operator. Also, the numerical examples to refer only to the degenerate kernel \({K(t,x)}\) and are not conclusive.
