The authors continue the work on universal elements of different classes of frames which started with \textit{L. Español} et al. [Algebra Univers. 67, No. 2, 105--112 (2012; Zbl 1259.06011)], and also on universality on frames and saturated classes of frames studied by the second author in [Topology Appl. 201, 92--109 (2016; Zbl 1338.06009)]. They prove that in the classes of regular frames and also of completely regular frames, subject to some restriction on weights, there are universal elements.
