Let \(\overline r: M^2\to \mathbb R^3_1\) be an isometric immersion of a surface of revolution in the three-dimensional Lorentz-Minkowski space, \(\Delta^{II}\) the Laplace operator with respect to the second fundamental form and \(A\) a real \(3\times 3\) matrix. The paper is devoted to the classification of all surfaces of revolution in \(\mathbb R^3_1\) which have no parabolic points and satisfy the condition \(\Delta^{II}\overline r= A\overline r\). Taking into account that the axis of revolution in \(\mathbb R^3_1\) is space-like or time-like or null, the authors prove that such surfaces are either minimal or pseudo-spheres of real or imaginary radius or Lorentz hyperbolic cylinders.
