Here, the authors study the following system \[ u'(t)= -\mu u(t)+ f(v(t- s)),\quad v'(t)= -\mu v(t)+ f(u(t- s)), \] with monotone positive feedback and a set of other assumptions. The goal is to describe the global attractor of the system and the existence of connecting orbits from a synchronous periodic solution to a phase-locked periodic solution \((u,v)\). Definitions are given in the paper. The results can be applied to a neuron model.
