The paper deals with the long-time behavior of solutions of the initial-boundary value problem for the Camassa-Holm equation \(u_t-u_{txx}+2u_x+3uu_x=2u_xu_{xx}+uu_{xxx}\) on the half-line \(x\geq 0\) supplemented with initial and boundary conditions (at \(x=0\)). The basic tool is the nonlinear steepest descent method applied to the associated Riemann-Hilbert problem constructed from the spectral functions associated with the initial and boundary data. It is shown that in the quarter space-time plane \(x>0\), \(t>0\), there are several regions where the asymptotics has qualitatively different character. The main asymptotic terms are given for all these regions.
