Consider \(M\) a torsion-free, orientable, topologically trivial, globally hyperbolic, asymptotically flat at spatial infinity Lorentzian 4-manifold. Supposing the absence of supertranslations, the author defines the rest-frame instant form of ADM canonical gravity, via ten extra variables at spatial infinity and ten extra first class constraints due to the gauge nature of these variables. Hamiltonian objects involved are studied. The description of (matter) Wigner hyperplanes of the rest-frame instant form of dynamics in the Minkowski spacetime is recovered, as a particular case.
