In this paper, the authors introduce notions of graded trace \(\Gamma\text{tr}\) and graded Berezinian \(\Gamma\text{Ber}\) including graded determinant \(\Gamma\det\) in the purely even case, for matrices with entries in a \((\mathbb Z_2)^n\)-graded commutative algebra \(A\) such as a Clifford algebra, recovering the Dieudonné determinant of quaternion matrices as a special case. It is shown that the graded trace \(\Gamma\text{tr}\) of matrices over \(A\) and the graded Berezinian of invertible homogeneous matrices of degree \(0\) over \(A\) satisfy Liouville's formula \(\Gamma\text{Ber}(\exp(\varepsilon X))=\exp(\Gamma\text{tr}(\varepsilon X))\) for a formal nilpotent parameter \(\varepsilon\) of degree \(0\) and a graded matrix \(X\). For purely even matrices of degree \(0\), the graded determinant is polynomial in its entries.
