This article is a sequel to [\textit{C.~R.~Graham} and \textit{A. Juhl}, Adv.~Math.~216, No.~2, 841--853 (2007; Zbl 1147.53030)], and the author extends the holographic formula for Branson's critical \(Q\)-curvature to arbitrary \(Q\)-curvature [\textit{T.~P. Branson}, Trans.~Am.~Math.~Soc.~347, No. 10, 3671--3742 (1995; Zbl 0848.58047)]. A conjecture proposed in [\textit{A.~Juhl}, Families of conformally covariant differential operators, \(Q\)-curvature and holography. Basel: Birkhäuser (2009; Zbl 1177.53001)] is proved. Furthermore, for the case of the \(n\)-sphere, these relations are explicitly rewritten in terms of hypergeometric functions.
