    In this well written paper the author investigates different variations of Birkhoff's Variety Theorem in universal algebra for epireflective-like subcategories of \textbf{Top}. A sample result is the following: the epireflective subcategories of \textbf{Top} (resp. \(T_2\)\textbf{Unif}; \textbf{Unif}) that are closed under epimorphic images are: \(\{X \mid | X| \leq 1\}\), \(\{X \mid X\) is indiscrete\(\}\), and \textbf{Top} (resp. \(\{X \mid | X| \leq 1\}\), \(\{X \mid X\) is compact \(T_2\) \(\}\), \(\{X \mid \) the covering character of \(X\) is \(\leq \lambda_0\}\) (where \(\lambda_0\) is an infinite cardinal), and \(T_2\)\textbf{Unif}; \(\{X \mid | X| \leq 1\}\), \(\{X \mid X\) is indiscrete \(\}\), \(\{X \mid \) the covering character of \(X\) is \(\leq \lambda_0\}\), and \textbf{Unif}). The paper also contains some pertinent examples and open questions.
