The group \(G\) of biholomorphic mappings of a symmetric domain \(\Omega\) in a complex vector space \(V\) acts unitarily on the \(L^2\)-space. The irreducible decomposition of the \(L^2\)-space under the \(G\)-action so that all discrete series parts appearing in the decomposition are holomorphic discrete series was proved by Shimeno. In this paper the author gives an explicit realization of these series. If \(D\) denotes the invariant Cauchy-Riemann operator, the author proves that \(D^m\) are intertwining operators from the relative discrete series onto the weighted Bergman space of holomorphic functions with values in some irreducible space of \(S_M(V)\). He realizes the relative discrete series in the kernel of the power \(D^{m+1}\) and as nearly holomorphic series in the sense of Shimura. He also gives an explicit formula for \(q(z)\), the differential of the Kähler potential. In the last section the author considers as an application the unit ball in the \(n\)-dimensional complex space.
