In this brief paper, the authors have given and discussed an expression for the oscillatory part of an asymptotic formula for the relativistic spin network amplitude for a 4-simplex. The central purpose here is to present a physical interpretation of the function of 10 balanced representations of the Lie group SO(4) introduced earlier. The leading part of the asymptotic formulae for the newly introduced symbol inspired by the corresponding formulae for a \(6j\)-symbol is determined. The phase factors are found out by the Regge-calculus method for the Einstein action of the 4-simplex.
