In Section 1, the author states some definitions, theorems and notations of his paper. In Section 2, he gives fundamental properties of deformation theory of representations of profinite groups as introduced by [\textit{B. Mazur}, ``Deforming Galois representations'', in: Galois groups over \({\mathbb{Q}}\), Proc. Workshop, Berkeley/CA (USA) 1987, Publ., Math. Sci. Res. Inst. 16, 385--437 (1989; Zbl 0714.11076)]. He states some lemmas related to Galois cohomology and cohomology groups \(H^{i}(G_{\mathbb Q},s,\text{ad }\overline{\rho }_{f,\lambda })\). He also gives a brief review of deformation theory and uses standard duality arguments to reduce the vanishing of \(H^{2}(G_{\mathbb Q},s,\text{ad }\overline{\rho }_{f,\lambda })\) to the vanishing of certain local and global cohomology groups. In Section 3, he defines a newform. He finds the Galois character via canonical isomorphism, and the Dirichlet character. He also gives some computations that rest on some simple cases of the local Langlands correspondence. In Section 4, he uses some results of Hida related to global cohomology groups to a certain Selmer group. Finally, he supplies several explicit examples.
