For a bounded domain \(\Omega \) in \(\mathbb C^m\), \(A(\Omega )\) denotes the algebra of all functions obtained by taking the closure with respect to the supremum norm on \(\Omega \) of all functions which are holomorphic on a neighbourhood of \(\Omega .\) Let \(\mathcal M\) be a Hilbert module of holomorphic functions over \(A(\Omega )\) and let \(\mathcal M_0\subseteq \mathcal M\) be the submodule of all functions vanishing of order \(k\) on a hypersurface \(\mathcal Z\subseteq \Omega \). The authors describe a method to construct a set of completely unitary invariants for quotient modules \(Q=\mathcal M\ominus \mathcal M_0\). In the particular case of \(k=2,\) the invariants are given explicitly.
