The objective of this paper is to define the Yangian \(Y(\mathfrak{q}_N)\) of the Lie superalgebra \(\mathfrak{q}_N\). This is done by using a twisted polynomial current Lie superalgebra. A Drinfeld double is constructed as well as a class of irreducible representations.
