This article studies the equivalence of some characterizations of Hardy spaces in a complete Riemannian manifold. Hardy spaces considered here are spaces of exact 1-differential forms on \(M\). In the nonparabolic case, assuming a doubling condition for the Riemannian measure and some other general hypotheses over the Riemannian metric, the authors show that these Hardy spaces coincide with the closure in \(L^p\) of an \(L^p\)-based space of exact 1-differential forms on \(M\) with the condition \(\nu/(\nu-1)<p<\nu\), where \(\nu>2\) is related to the volume growth.
