In the paper it is considered the Hamiltonian \(H_{X,\beta,q}\) associated in \(L^2(R_+)\) with the following differential expression \[ -\frac{d^2}{dx^2}+q(x)+\sum_{k=1}^\infty\beta_k(\cdot,\delta'_k)\delta_k', \] where \(\delta'_k=\delta'(x-x_k)\) is the derivative of a Dirac delta function, \(\beta_k\in R\), \(q\in L^1_{\mathrm{loc}}(R_+)\) and \(X=\{x_k\}\) is a strictly increasing sequence. The authors are able to obtain analogs for \(H_{X,\beta,q}\) of some classical results on \(-\frac{d^2}{dx^2}+q(x)\). It is established an analogous of the Glazman-Povzner-Wienholtz theorem, the Molchanov discreteness criterion, the Birman theorem on stability of an essential spectrum.
