The authors study how measures with finite lower density are distributed around \((n-m)\)-planes in small balls in \(\mathbb R^n\). They also discuss relationships between conical upper density and porosity. Deep results they present may be applied to a large collection of Hausdorff and packing type measures. The paper ends with a list of open problems. The references given may be useful for people who wish to approach geometric measure theory.
