The goal of the present paper is to prove an analog of a result of Aizenmann for random discrete Schrödinger operators on \(\ell^2({\mathbb Z}^\nu)\). Given a set of Verblunsky coefficients (complex numbers from the open unit disk \(\mathbb D\)), one forms the CMV matrix \(\mathcal C\) and defines \[ F_{mn}(z)=\left[\frac{\mathcal C+z}{\mathcal C-z}\right]_{mn}, \quad z\in\mathbb D. \] By Kolmogorov's theorem \(F_{mn}\) belongs to \(H^p\) for \(0<p<1\). The main result of the paper states that for a certain class of random Verblunsky coefficients the relation \[ \mathbb E\left(\int_0^{2\pi} | F_{mn}(e^{it})|^p\,\frac{dt}{2\pi}\right) \leq C_1e^{-k_1| m-n| } \] for some \(p<1\) and \(k_1>0\) implies \[ \mathbb E\left(\sup_j| ({\mathcal C}^j)_{mn}| \right)\leq C_2e^{-k_2| m-n| } \] for suitable \(k_2>0\) and \(C_2>0\). The result is interesting because one can prove the first relation for certain cases of rotation invariant i.i.d. Verblunsky coefficients.
