The present paper is concerned with a class of differential equations with piecewise constant argument of generalized type. The existence of solutions and integral surfaces is studied. The structure of the set of solutions is specified. The approach is based on the reduction of a differential equation to an equivalent integral equation. The stability of solutions is discussed.
