The paper introduces a subclass of extended affine Lie algebras called the Hamiltonian extended affine Lie algebras. It is worth mentioning that the derivation algebra of a Hamiltonian extended affine Lie algebra is a Hamiltonian algebra hence the name ``Hamiltonian'' is used. By utilizing the classification of Jet modules, the paper classifies irreducible integrable modules for the Hamiltonian extended affine Lie algebras, provided that the corresponding cores act non-trivially. If the core acts trivially, the classification problem is still open, and it reduces to the classification of irreducible modules for the Hamiltonian Lie algebras.
