For a finite dimensional algebra \(A\) over an algebraically closed field \(K\), the schemes \(\text{Mod}^ d_ A\) of \(A\)-modules with \(K\)-dimension \(d\) are considered. The author shows that these \(K\)-schemes, together with their natural \(Gl_ d\)-action, determine the isomorphism class of \(A\). On the other hand, the close relationship between the module schemes of Morita-equivalent algebras is exhibited. Namely, it is shown that each connected component of \(\text{Mod}^ d_ A\) is a fibre bundle over the subscheme of semisimple \(A\)-modules, with the representations of the bounden quiver of \(A\) as typical fibre.
