    Soient \(k:\mathbb{R}_ +\times\mathbb{R}_ +\to\mathbb{R}_ +\) une fonction mesurable Lebesgue, \(T\) l'opérateur intégral sur \(\mathbb{R}_ +\) défini par le noyau \(k\), \(v,w:\mathbb{R}_ +\to\mathbb{R}_ +\) mesurables, \(0<p\leq q<\infty\), \(0<p\leq 1\) et \(L_ v^ p(\mathbb{R}_ +)\) l'ensemble des fonctions \(f:\mathbb{R}_ +\to\mathbb{R}_ +\), telles que \(f^ p\) soit intégrable sur \(\mathbb{R}_ +\) par rapport à la mesure \(v(n)dx\), \(dx\) la mesure de Lebesgue. On donne une condition nécessaire et suffisante afin que \(\| Tf\|_{L_ w^ q(\mathbb{R}_ +)} \leq C\| f\|_{L_ v^ p(\mathbb{R}_ +)}\) pour toute fonction \(f: \mathbb{R}_ +\to\mathbb{R}_ +\) croissante (ou bien décroissante). On obtient aussi la meilleure valeur de la constante \(C\).
